Research on the Time-Dependent Vehicle Routing Problem for Fresh Agricultural Products Based on Customer Value

With continuous improvements in people’s consumption levels, consumers’ demands for safe and fresh agricultural products increase. The increase the number of vehicles serious congestion on roads has led to problems, such as weak timeliness urban cold chain logistics, high carbon emissions, low customer value reduced satisfaction. In this study, satisfaction, cost are considered, an optimization algorithm is established solve time-dependent vehicle routing problem logistics. For road at different time periods during distribution process, segment function used express speed. According characteristics model, considering constraints window capacity, improved NSGA-II with local greedy (G-NSGA-II) proposed, sorting fitness strategy optimized. addition, we carry out a series experiments existing examples analyze them real background evaluate prove effectiveness proposed model algorithm. experiment results show that approach effectively reduces total cost, enhances promotes long-term development logistics companies.
